Official Import Rules

Montenegro follows EU-equivalent pet regulations as an EU candidate country. Requirements: ISO microchip, rabies vaccination (at least 21 days old), and a government-endorsed health certificate.

From non-listed third countries, a FAVN titer test may be required. Entry through Podgorica (TGD) or Tivat (TIV) airports.
