South Korea's APQA conducts all pet import inspections at Incheon. Cats require an ISO microchip, valid rabies vaccination (30+ days old, under 1 year), health certificate within 10 days of travel, and a rabies antibody titer test (FAVN/RNATT ≥0.
5 IU/ml). No mandatory quarantine for cats with complete documentation from most countries.

The APQA inspection office is within Incheon Airport.
After clearing immigration, proceed to the APQA counter in the customs area before exiting.

Practical Tips & What to Expect
Korea requires advance notification 3+ days before arrival through the APQA system. The FAVN test must be done at a Korean-approved laboratory.
Cats under 90 days old that cannot be vaccinated are not permitted entry. Processing is efficient with correct documents.
